Our castanets are not a regular product.

They weren’t created in a factory, but by musicians. We are musicians and teachers, and we designed these castanets specifically for the New Castanets technique, based on a model that my dad carved by hand.

Each pair is hand-cast in collaboration with a small Czech company. Then my dad personally finishes each pair and ties the cords, and we add a handwritten note. Everything is packed in our original box.

They are not designed for other playing techniques. They were made for you. For this journey.

But you can absolutely start with regular castanets from a music store. Ours are for the moment when you decide you really want to go for it. 💙
