1. Types of products

Our store offers:

  • Digital products – online courses, memberships, and access to the members’ area.
  • Physical products – handcrafted castanets made in limited quantities.

 

2. Digital products

Access to digital products (courses, memberships, etc.) is delivered immediately after successful payment via an e-mail containing your login details.

If you do not receive the e-mail within 15 minutes, please check your “Promotions” or “Spam” folder.

If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@newcastanets.com and we will resend the access.

 

3. Physical products – Castanets

Our castanets are handcrafted in small batches.

  • If in stock, they are usually shipped within 5 business days.
  • If made to order, the delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on production.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

 

4. Shipping methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers (e.g. Zásilkovna, DHL).

We ship to the Czech Republic, European Union, and selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and chosen delivery method.

 

5. Customs duties and taxes

For orders outside the European Union, customs clearance fees or local taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

New Castanets Shop has no control over these fees or possible delays at customs.

 

6. Damaged or lost parcels

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@newcastanets.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the carrier’s resolution.
